Kokosing Inc. is in search of a Total Rewards Manager to oversee the company’s benefits and compensation programs and policies.

  • The Manager of Total Rewards will manage staff within defined work group in support of Compensation, Benefits, Retirement, Disability and/or general Total Rewards programs.
  • The Total Rewards Manager will report to the Director of Team Member Operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for designing, implementing, promoting, monitoring and measuring effectiveness of Total Reward programs within area of expertise to enhance the overall employee experience
  • Develops and implements programs to measure, improve, and reward employee performance
  • Collaborate with vendors, negotiate contracts, and evaluate service levels.
  • Ensure vendors deliver high-quality services and meet established performance standards.
  • Implement benefits offerings that are competitive and aligned with the organization's goals and industry standards.
  • Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
  • Manage benefits and compensation audits and reporting processes.
  • Plan and execute enrollment processes, coordinating communication, and other related enrollment activities.
  • Analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Generate reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • In-depth knowledge of benefits regulations, compliance, and industry trends.
  • Experience with compensation structure, analysis, and best practices.
  • Experience of driving change in an organization.
  • The ability to influence at all levels within an organization.
  • Strong strategic skills to enable the development of people strategies within the business.
  • The ability to lead and coach at executive level and beyond.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Highly developed leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and interpretation skills involving complex data, as well as presenting findings at executive level.
