**This position is for our Fredericktown, Ohio location**

Summary:

• Create and assemble wood forms and concrete forms for heavy highway-related projects

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Build concrete forms.
• Operate overhead cranes and forklifts.
• Performs tasks involving use of hands and tools; i.e. sawing lumber and dismantling forms.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience as a Carpenter is a strong plus/preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Work independently, as well as within a group.
• Work rapidly and accurately with hands.
• Repeat tasks of short duration according to a set procedure.
• Climb and maintain balance on ladders and scaffolding.
• Work from a secured elevated position.
• Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or work at heights as required.
• Lift and carry objects weighing 50 - 70 pounds.
• Use arms and hands to reach for, handle, and manipulate objects.
• Follow specific directions.
• Stand and walk for long periods.
• Judge straight lines, spaces, and proportions
• Read and understand measuring tools.
• Compare and see differences in the size, shape, and form of lines, figures, and objects.
